Where to start

Translating your vision into a detailed design is a key stage on the journey of building your home; we are here to support you every step of the way.

Your ideas and ambitions can be combined with our experience and know-how to design and build your new home.
We provide you with the knowledge and guidance to cut through the jargon and make sense of the many elements which go together to create your new home.

For anyone dreaming of building their own home there has never been a better time to begin that journey.

What we do

Working with you on a bespoke basis, we help capture and develop a design which fits your aspirations, your lifestyle... and your budget.

We provide a low risk, cost certain build approach. The extent of our work is matched to your needs, always ensuring you maintain control of your project. A full shell package can include foundations and ground floor, walls, floors and roof, windows and doors, cladding and roof finishes in order to give you a complete wind and watertight shell.
We then undertake a series of independent, pre-completion checks to ensure your building is performing as designed, produce a handover pack and walk you through what now needs to be done to complete your home.

Included in our scope is provision of all drawings, site supervision, scheduling of building control inspections, arranging warranties and insurances.
